The UFO phenomenon has been a large part of my life. I became interested in 1964 while living in Dayton, Ohio. I started lecturing at age 15 and later went on to conducting full scale investigations, radio and TV appearances, an much more.

I was State Section Director for MUFON and worked in establishing a Dayton chapter of an organizaton called OUFOIL or Ohio UFO Investigators League. OUFOIL sponsored the 1978 MUFON Symposium which was attended by over 2,000 attendees.

In my many years of investigation and research and in speaking with several hundreds of people claimig to have witnessed this phenomena, I have emerged as a staunch believer and skeptic at the same time. I believe that there exists a phenomena. To me that is a done deal. I do not however, jump to the immediate conclusion that everything that is reported, or alleged by witnesses, abductees alike is that of aliens from another planet.

UFOs and occupants in the past always demonstrated aloofness. They would run, bound or hide when in the presence of humans. Today, in the abductee world, UFO occupants seem to have decided that the aloofness is out the door. They spend much time and energy delighting in systematically picking people up over periods of time, poking devices into their bodies, conducting crossbreeding experiments and more. I am skeptical of this activity, but not of the need for study by the John Mack's of the world.

Photos

There have been many photographs provided to me and others of UFOs, mysterious lights, and just weird stuff. Many of these have withstood the tests of many photo experts using digitizing equipment (JPL) and techniques like color contouring and have shown that they are indeed objects at a certain distance and size.

To this day, some of the most convincing photos include the Paul Trent, McMinnville, OR. sighting, the Brazilian photos taken near the Trinidade Islands during the National Geophysical Year studies in 1957. These photos, in my opinion, clearly provide evidence of objects that defy explanation.

Couple this with the Brussels jet pursuits in which the onboard radar (filmed and released) showed the object being chased at speeds far in excess of most aircraft today, and the visit of an object in Iran that caused ripple efects felt by the CIA and the president, we are being visited.
